The Specter of Religious Fundamentalism
"In their pursuit of 'niceness,' their faith is watered down."
My sister has recently been watching a few Netflix shows that have both depicted, quite strangely, women who, in twisted “Christian” religious idolization, self-flagellate as penance. What draws me to find this theme a curious occurrence worth commenting on is the ridiculousness of the premise altogether. When we live in a time where secular attitudes are rising in the west (also perhaps the whole world), seeing something like that depicted so frequently as if it's common seems like an absurd joke. In fact, while watching those scenes, I giggle at them rather than gawk at them. It's hyperreality if there ever were an example. In fact, it's not just these two Netflix shows, but as I've aged, I've nonstop seen Hollywood in particular depict religious zealotry and cultism as if it's something you can easily find around the corner in your neighborhood.
In a sense, you could say that it's true that you can find some strange sect of some vaguely Christian-like religion around the corner in your neighborhood. After all, driving out to my parent’s house in middle-of-nowhere, GA, I passed one of those culty “Mother of God” churches. Still, as far as religious zealotry in general is concerned, that's rarer to find in the west than most of the promoted alphabet rainbow degeneracies. You can throw a stone and find someone who considers themselves “trans,” but finding someone in a traditional religious cult is legitimately a grind.
Heck, even finding someone who is simply a “pious” or serious Christian in the west requires much more effort than I would like to admit. I almost wish there were as many Christian religious zealots wandering around as Hollywood portrays. But sadly, there isn’t. In reality, people who typically call themselves “Christians” treat worship of Christ as if it's optional in the US. They drive up to the local McChurch to get served their perfect order of Sunday entertainment and go back to being stale nodes of death everywhere they go while proclaiming that they know Christ. The Laodicean lukewarm church rages and gains strength in every branch, sect, and denomination of Christianity.
Of course, if you've been paying attention, you'll comment that this new alphabet-rainbow religion is the new cult growing in strength in the western world. They are the religious zealots. And truly, you are correct. They proselytize their religion to everyone. It's in their ads, their entertainment, their churches (HR departments, primary and secondary schools), and their businesses and families. They never stop preaching the gospel of alphabet-rainbow religion wherever they go. Big Homo, a term that I found quite apt from The Prudentialist, is everywhere you look. They will dox you (expose your identity in an attempt to shame you) and plot to destroy you and your income streams for their religion. If they can't kill you, they will twist the law in an attempt to put you away forever. If you've seen that recent story of a man who killed his parents for not accepting his identity as a woman and if you've seen the rioting by Antifa, you'll know that they are just beginning to start up another bout of killing for it.
Curiously, this arguably “new” religion may seem like a mountain to overcome, but oddly enough, it reveals what terrifies it in its every move. It constantly depicts authentic faith as a perversion in and of itself. It fears “religious fundamentalists,” people who hold authentic belief and faith in Christ. Thus, at every turn, it denounces, mocks, and perverts the purity of the worship of Jesus Christ in particular. It shames people who engage authentically with His Gospels and people who pronounce its truth. Every aspect of the faith is mocked and is shown as being backward and irrational. Big Homo lives in fear of authentic Christian worship. You'll notice that Islam is upheld by Big Homo, while Christianity is derided. Hinduism is upheld, while Christianity is scoffed at. Buddhism is upheld, while Christianity is cast down. The one faith that must be destroyed is your faith, reader.
The servants of Baal that manipulate our media are terrified of authentic faith in God and always have been. Many Christians know this, but sometimes we all need a reminder. I see so many Christians defaulting to a lukewarm faith and a strange promotion of liberal values which are not Christian. Leftists accuse Christians of being mean because, in accordance with their faith, having authentic beliefs beyond Big Homo is a sin. You're mean if you love Christ. Sadly, many Christians live under the pressure of these falsehoods. They believe the accusations of the Accuser and bow to these worldly judgments.
People say Christians are mean, so I need to be sure that I am nice. If I'm nice, people will see Christ in me and come to the faith.
This lie above is the lie that hangs over God's people today. No one has ever come to Christ because they displayed the Spirit of Niceness. No. People only come to Christ when they see an undeniable and overwhelming display of Holy Spirit. This is the only way. In their pursuit of “niceness,” their faith is watered down.
Talking about Jesus could be seen as me “forcing my religion” on others, so I'm just going to keep Him to myself.
Funny enough, Big Homo doesn't have a problem forcing you to agree with its alphabet-rainbow principles, forcing you to confess its precepts regarding diversity, intersectionality, inclusion, and equality, forcing you to use certain subversive words and pronouns, forcing you to confess its creeds, but you have an issue speaking about your Faith because it may make you look “mean.” The reason they mock Christian evangelism is because it has always worked and always will. Testifying to His Goodness plants seeds in the hearts and minds of others. That's why they depict it so crudely as akin to barbarism (though they are the true barbarians). They know their enemy well while Christians largely seem to be confused. The anti-Christ spirit of the age roars and puffs out its chest, and Christians flee and cower in the face of it instead of beating their breasts and roaring back at its lies with the eternal truths of the Father.
In 2020, while in worship at church near the end of the year, I had a powerful vision from the Father. I will not tell it all, but the vision ended with me standing with the Father and seeing a mass grave of gold-plated human bones. In the vision, God asked me a version of what he asked Ezekiel in Ezekiel 37. The passage is shown below.
1 The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, thou knowest.
4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.
5 Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.
9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

In Ezekiel’s time, the Lord gave Israel into captivity to the Chaldeans in accordance with their sinful deeds over the generations. This was a harrowing time for true followers of the Faith because, though the nation was suffering in captivity, or, as Ezekiel was—living with other exiles with a decreased standard of living—the hearts of the people as a whole were still far from God.
So, God took Ezekiel into this valley, and he says to him while looking over a mountain of dry bones, “can these dry bones live?”
The people of Israel were dead to their own faith in God. In that death, they were enduring judgments of God and facing the terrible circumstances of being a conquered nation. The “church” of Ezekiel's time was in an even more grave state than our own. Ezekiel was a true believer, and through his prophetic book, he expresses being deeply disheartened regarding whether or not Israel will ever turn back to God and be restored. This vision is God's answer to him. He says that if you speak life into these dry, dead bones, life will come into them again.
In my vision back in 2020, God showed me dry bones covered in gold. He said something very similar to me knowing that I would understand the reference to the above passage in the book of Ezekiel.
He said to me, “can these dry bones speak?”
I knew the passage, so I replied with what Ezekiel replied with.
“Only you know, Lord.”
Then, I began to see the bones come together as Ezekiel saw in his time. The seasons of God's Kingdom are connected. His people have seen hard times before and after the Cross, and we worship Christ today because God has ALWAYS won and will ALWAYS win the war. Nevertheless, we must acknowledge that we are in hard times and are headed deeper into harder times as the Kingdom of God.
Still, we are not in death as Israel was at that time. Even so, in that time, there were still true believers like Ezekiel and Daniel interceding on behalf of the nation even though the nation had completely forgotten its Covenant with the Living God. In our case, we have many who know God and his Word, but they are afraid to speak his truths due to the demoralization of the past 30 years in particular (though it goes back much further). They speak what's been watered down and made bland, but the spice, the saltiness, is not allowed to come out. The saltiness consists of the deep-seated nature of God's truth that can rebuke, heal, and deliver this society of hedonistic Big Homo Baal worshipers.
13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
- Matthew 5:13-16 KJV, emphasis added
Seemingly overnight (not quite if you dig into the history), Babylonian hordes have captured our Christian nation, but the hand of God is still over his Kingdom people. He is still leading us, guiding us, directing us, and hovering over us so that we can speak life or simply speak up in this all-consuming darkness. The light pierces the darkness, and the darkness cannot comprehend it (John 1:5).
Those of us who are still shield-bearers of the Faith must rise up and speak! We must confess the name and power of Jesus Christ. We must testify to His authority and power to change lives, to uphold the steadfast nature of His Word, and to manifest the undying quality of fundamental Truth. In this War of Words, our Kingdom confession must drown out the satanic confessions of those who operate in an anti-Christ spirit. This is the war at hand.
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
